Developed an interactive clinical visualization system at
ImageBiopsy Lab for analyzing osteoarthritis progression in knee joints. The platform integrated machine-learning models for automated landmark detection and quantitative measurement extraction from radiographic images, enabling structured visualization of joint-space narrowing and anatomical changes over time. The system translated computational imaging models into an accessible web-based analytical interface for research and clinical evaluation. The project formed the basis of my Bachelor’s thesis under the supervision of
Prof. Eduard Gröller.
