FoodAtlas is a public-facing knowledge graph interface built upon an AI-enabled literature extraction pipeline. The platform exposes more than 270,000 structured food–chemical associations and enables compound-level exploration through interactive search and filtering tools. Designed to expand access to federally funded food-systems research, the system translates complex biochemical data into accessible interfaces for researchers, policymakers, and the public. Over the past year, the platform recorded more than 11,200 page views from users across 15+ countries, with the largest share of usage originating in the United States (39%).
